Dear friends, family, fans, readers, alumni, members, & countrymen,
Lend me your ears!!!
The volunteer armies of the American Revolution endured several
extremely harsh winters on the borders of New Jersey and Pennsylvania,
starving without supplies, naked without clothes, barefoot in the
snow, because the belived in the Dream of A Nation, their own Nation,
free from the oppression and taxation of a tyrant king and having to
bow to no one but the One True God.
They watched their countrymen die from sickness, fall in battle, and
suffer the extremes of the elements, unprotected. They watched their
cities be occupied and pillaged by the British Army, their resources
plundered and their farms and families exploited. But with their
absolute faith and determination to prevail, the taggant Rebel Armies
of the American Revolution stood together through the suffereing and
fought long and hard enough to inspire volunteers with experience from
other nations, and in the spring of 1778, the King of France formed an
allegience with this new nation goverened by the people and declared
war on England, sending money, ships laden with supplies, and troops
to come to their aid.
This sudden allegience with France put fear into the British Monarch and
inspired congress and the American people to offer their resources, their
wealth, and their men to support the bedraggled army of General Washington,
thus giving them the means and inspiration to ultimately win the war and fully
gain independence from England.
Now as you may know, the British, by way of the International Monetary
Fund, have taken control of our great nation again. Now, I’m writing
this from a jail cell, while my friends and countrymen in the RuSA,
the Republic of the united States, and the Sovereign Family Network
are preparing my documents for the Claim of my Sovereignty in United
States District Court and before the Secretary of State.
Granted, I’m not suffereing the harsh elements, but I have chosen to
take this stand for my nation, my God, and you! And with this letter,
I implote you not to join me here, but to come to the aid of your
country by offering your support to “the team” of the Sovereign Family
Network in any way you can, be it knowledge, resources, time, or
talent, so that we in turn can help you and others fight their legal
battles and maintain their individual sovereign rights.
I ask you to step up and do so now because the time is right and because
America is not just a nation, it’s a family. God bless you all from the
Sovereign Family Network.

Another special message from Sovereign: Godsent 08/15/2011
Greetings friends, fans, family, members, readers, alumni and countrymen!
I’m writing you from the Ontario County Bed and Breakfast where I am
thoroughly enjoying the benefits of Room Service, Healthy Vegetarian meals,
and all my legal research materials delivered to me in the quietude of my
private study.
The servants in this palace check on me several times per day,
call me Sovereign and kiss my ring, provide laundry service and ask if I need
anything. It’s really quite amazing how a jail staff treats you when you’re
sovereign. As a matter of fact, just today all the forms and the
instructions were delivered to me for bringing a law suit against the
Sheriff’s Department for breaking my arm for free speech. Of course the judge
and the prosecutor will be named along with about 10 other defendants but
that’s neither here nor there. I just wanted you all to know that I’m feeling
great, recovering well and getting some long needed rest. The only thing
missing is “the beach”.
Also since I am preparing a civil claim in U.S. District Court, I will be
sharing how I do it with you as “we” proceed. When it’s done, I’m going to
pack it all into the Sequel to my book TITLE 4 FLAG SAYS YOU’RE SCHWAG! The
Sovereign Citizen’s Handbook. It’s going to take some “time” to put it all
together, and it seems my recuperation is going to take some time as well, but
if you can appreciate what I’m doing here, you might want to get another copy
of my book, which shows you how to position yourself in such a way so that
“God forbid” foreign agents trespass on your Sovereign Estate, you are fully
prepared to retain all of your rights and reverse-sting them with a civil
action for deprevation of rights under color of law and collect damages.

On Lord Krishna’s Appearance Day, 08/22/2011
Dear friends, fans, family, readers, alumni, members, and countrymen,
The staff here at the Ontario County Bed and Breakfast have been most
accomodating in providing fairly nice vegetarian meals, laundry service,
racquetball court, and all of the very law materials I’ve needed to author the
revised 4th edition of the Sovereign Citizen’s Handbook, as well as the
materials to bring a civil action against them for Deprivation of Rights under
Color of State Law, Holding me as a Political Prisoner and enticing me into
Peonage.
The Place is much nicer than most third world youth hostels where
you have to share a toliet down the hall. Now the reason I’m getting such
excellent treatment, for the most part, is because I know how to bind them to
the rules of the facility while staying out of their chain of command and
retaining my Sovereignty and Living Man status while in jail.
They have done exceptionally well in making arrangements for a special
religious diet, for all three Sovereign Copwatch investigators, and I’m going
to cover exactly how to hold jailers to the letter of the Law and bill them
while in custody in the revised edition of my book.
Now, I really worked myself too hard building the Network and offereign
support over the last 3 years. Ask my staff. I was literally working 18 hour
days and doing National Highway Patrols too! So I’m actually enjoying the
rest, recuperation, and research. I have not read a novel since before I set
out from California in 2007 and lo and bohold, I found two really great
American History novels and some Sci-fi standing out from all the pulp
fiction.
Now, you might wonder why I’m still in here. Well, the Prosecutor and judge
are in a crimincal conspiracy and put an excessive bail on me because they say
I won’t show up. Shows they are too busy ripping people off to do a little
research on who I am and what I do. No worries my technologiy and law teams
have cutting edge strategies that are being put into place from the outside.
We’re going to reveal exactly what and how very soon, so until next time, stay

held prisoner-of-war in a New York jail.
Dear friends, fans, family, readers, alumni, members, countrymen,
The solitary confinement jail cell I’m in has become my lair. I sit
in here getting meals and law books delivered to me every day and all
I do is research the jail rules and get the jailers to break the rules
of the jail.
It’s become a hilarious joke amongst all of the prisoners in lock-in
and the regular pod officers that have been watching me do this for a
month. So far I’ve written up 24 summons forms for 24 defendants that
have violated my rights in this “roundup” of the Ontario County
Sheriff’s Department.
All I have to do is sit in this cell and wait for the next bully to
try to take my peanut-butter and corn syrup sandwich away from me and
write me up for “hoarding” jail property. Then I just keep the
write-up as evidence and add it to the stack. So far, with the Habeus
Corpus suing the Sheriff and D.A. in New York State Supreme Court,
it’s 1″ thick and growing.
It’s only a matter of days before the Sheriff has to “bring the body
forth” and present the three copwatch investigators before the Supreme
Court !
This is soooo exciting. Today was a hilarious paper battle of tit for
tat, grievance, denial, non-acceptance of denial, demand for copies,
refusal without autograph, grievance, denial, demand for copies of
grievances, return of grievances, forward to the chief. I feel like
General Washington sending correspondence to the British Commander
Cornwalis demanding the exchange of prisoners!
I’ve got pod officers asking me, if I write your name in the books, I
gotta write your name when it’s my shift, are you gonna bill me for
trademark/copyright infringement? I say “only if you take away my food
and write me up for it!” Paper is limited in here so I’m gonna cut

Dear friends, family, fans, readers, alumni, members, and countrymen,
OMG ! (Oh my God!) I cannot blieve it. One of the Pod officers in
the jail here just asked me over the intercom if I had published a
book, and I said “I Certainly have.” I asked “Why do you ask?” and he
said, “I started reading it.” I said, “Oh? How did you get a copy?”
He said “Amazon”. I said “Thank you so much for making that purchase;
all the money goes to charity!” I told him that “my stay here at the
Ontario County Bed & Breakfast, with such exceptional service, has
afforded me the time and research to update my book to a 4th edition
which will be even more entertaining and give a more extensive list of
references and case sites.”
He asked “are you going to say in there how all the pod officers here
are puppets of the administration?” And I, surprised replied “well, now
that you mention it, I will certainly consider it.” He returned
kindly, “thank you very much for your time.”
Never in all my days, my friends, did I ever imagine that such a
dialog would ever happen under such circumstances.
The man in the cell next to me, Sparky, I could hear him calling out
to the Lord just now, saying how he would change his whole life, change
everything, because he loves his boys. You see, he’s in here, facing years in prison for a breach of contract, and his wife just got brought in for
a breach of contract, both fortunate that he has a brother, who stepped up
to take custody; not so many are so fortunate and lose their kids to the state. Sparky’s been a wreck for two weeks.
And when I first got in here, there was a kid talking to me through a
grate between the toilets. He said, “Call me Tube because I have a
feeding tube in my stomach,” telling me how he’s been in the system
since he was 7 or so and that both him and his mom are in here for
Breach of Contract: Probation.
As a matter of fact, I’m in the lock-in/solitary pod where we can’t
mix with other prisoners and nearly every kid that comes in and out of
here before they get classified or segregated, is getting milled by
the Ontario County Sheriff’s Department for ‘Breach of Contract’: Probation.
Watching through the narrow window, in the steel door, the scne has brought tears to my eyes many times, and I thank God for having me in here to witness this Exploitation first hand. If our founding fathers knew what washappening in America, they would be turning over in their graves.
I’m so very grateful that I took a common law course 20 years ago,
when I was their age, and I can get out. I cry for them because they
don’t know how. This is the very reason, over the past 20 years I
have perfected the sovereignty paperwork process, wrote the book <a
href=”http://sovereign-citizenship.net/order.html>TITLE 4 FLAG SAYS YOU’RE SCHWAG! The

Godsent Released!

J.M. Godsent is released, as are Sovereignty Press reporters Bucket and Raven.
In the town court, everyone’s mood had mysteriously changed. All of a
sudden, none of the pirates had any disagreement to releasing all
three of the hostages. Even the District Attorney had no arguments.
All three living beings were released, no bail required. So what
changed?
On the night of the concert, the kidnappers wanted $20,000 ransom
each. Three days later after the first “court”, they still wanted
$15,000 each. But over a month later, all of a sudden no more ransom
at all? Clearly the high bail was designed to induce a plea or some
money from relatives, but the co-conspirators/pirates did not expect
the strength of the lawful pleadings of our Sovereign Family Network.
We have the knowledge that a case may not proceed if the prosecution
fails to prove jurisdiction when challenged on the record. Nor did
they expect the scrutiny to which our reporters were observing and
recording the behaviors of the Ontario County Jail staff from the
inside.
Specific decisions by puffed up hot shots Chris Drake and Matt
MacDonald brought this liability onto Canandaigua and Ontario County,
for we were minding our own business until Drake started preening on
his bicycle up and down the parking lot 10 minutes after the show
feigning domination over the people and trespassing on people’s
belongings on private property where everyone had a ticket to be
there.
So we will keep you posted on what happens next,
and we thank you for your prayers over this passed time.
